I enjoy living at Hunters Ridge. The office staff are very helpful and patient. The new playground is a great addition and the grounds are always clean. Great location for me to get to school at UT and then back to work in Maumee. Some halls could use some paint and updates but I love that the doors to the building are secured and my apartment with the updates is just right for me. I have been here for almost a year and plan to stay till I buy my 1st home!

We lived here back in 2016 and it was my first apartments I lived in on my own. Loved the area. So many metro parks and good shopping. Neighbors were friendly and no one was too loud. The card loaded laundry was super nice because you didn’t have to her quarters out. The apartments were super up to date for this area and price. I love having a cute lil balcony to get fresh air and let my kids play on. The management was great and maintenance was super on top of things.
